SHIPPING POLICY
  • All packages are shipped Registered/Insured USPS, unless otherwise requested.
  • Please allow 7 business days for normal (non-priority) shipment

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

  • We must be notified within 7 business days, of receipt, so that we can issue a return authorization number.

  • Custom designs, authorized by the client, are non-refundable, but under certain circumstances, may be returned for exchange or store credit.
